Specialized Adoption Agency (SAA) is a Child Care Institution for housing Orphaned, Abandoned and Surrendered children under the age group of 0 – 6. In accordance with JJ Act 2015, SAA is fully functional in Leh district. Through SAA, orphaned, abandoned and surrendered (OAS) children are facilitated for adoption by the childless couples who are in need of child through legal process.
